Meet Our Team

Leanne Markey, MS, OTR/L, PCES, CCTS-I, CEIM and Body Ready Method Professional

Owner & Lead Occupational Therapist 📍 York & Hanover Offices

Leanne is an occupational therapist who is passionate about guiding and empowering people to find balance and restore their bodies so they can participate in the activities that mean the most to them. She takes a full mind-body approach and encourages her clients to listen to their bodies. She aims to use meaningful, client-led, holistic approaches to help her clients live fulfilling lives.

Leanne graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. She has experience in many different practice areas, including outpatient pediatrics, early intervention, pediatric feeding, and hospital-based care. She has always been fascinated with birth and is a strong advocate for women to have control over their births and to receive comprehensive postpartum care.

Leanne has completed extensive post-professional education through Herman & Wallace, the Institute for Birth Healing, and Pelvic PT Rising with Dr. Nicole Cozean. She is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I), a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM), and a Body Ready Method Pro. These advanced certifications allow her to support clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, trauma-informed care, infant development, and functional movement strategies.

Leanne grew up and lives in York County with her husband and their 100lb Rottweiler/American Bulldog, Gus. She loves exploring coffee shops, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family. She also loves traveling and you can often find her planning her next trip.

Leanne is excited to bring her expertise and passion to her clients, helping them regain confidence in their bodies and improve their quality of life.

Julie Tarlow, MS, OTR/L, PCES, CCTS-I

Pelvic Floor Therapist📍 Hanover Office – Wednesdays Only

Julie is a dedicated pelvic floor therapist who brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her role at Imagine Pelvic Health. Her journey into pelvic health began after her own experiences as a mom, where receiving pelvic floor therapy sparked a passion for delivering these services with compassion, empathy, and skill.

Julie graduated from Towson University with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2014. She started her career in a hospital system, gaining a broad clinical background before transitioning into pelvic health, where she found her true calling. Julie completed extensive coursework and holds certifications as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I).

Ansley Utter

Pelvic Floor Therapist📍 York Office – Monday & Wednesdays Only

From the moment she learned about pelvic health in OT school, Ansley knew it was the path for her. She’s passionate about raising awareness of pelvic health concerns and understands firsthand how much they impact daily life.

Graduating this May with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Health Science from Alvernia University, she has completed specialized pelvic floor training through Herman & Wallace and focused her graduate research on the benefits of pelvic floor therapy during the perinatal period. With experience in both pelvic health and acute rehab, she brings a well-rounded approach to helping clients feel their best.

A York County local, Ansley loves traveling with her partner Luke, spending time with friends and family, reading, and discovering new restaurants.

She will begin treating in the York office on Mondays and Wednesdays starting July 2, 2025.
